SHIPPING POLICY 

House Odf Air Cleaners Sdn Bhd (“HOAC”) ships to all states in Malaysia and Singapore. Our Primary shipping are City-Link & GDEX. CITY-LINK & GDEX are able to ship overnight to most cities and towns in the Peninsular Malaysia,Sabah & Sarawak, Singapore. However you should allow 2-3 working days in case any unexpected delays. East Malaysia orders may often take 1 to 3 extra days, so please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

HOAC reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods.

The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 12noon (Malaysia Time). We will send out your order by next working day, if we receive your payment information before 10am.

If you have given us an undeliverable address or incomplete contact information, resulting in the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you. You will have to bear the additional shipping for resending the parcel.

We are sorry that we are unable to list international shipping price. Kindly contact us before you make your order to us.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Goods sold are not returnable. All the products are checked before dispatch and we are committed to ensure that the best condition item is delivered to you. However the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Please notify us within 2 days upon receipt of your purchases should you received any damaged or incorrect item from us. We will try our best to arrange an exchange for you.

Kindly make sure that your order is the correct item before you check out from the payment gateway. There shall be no exchanges due to wrong order placed.

In the rare event that your order does not arrive, notification of lost items must be received within 14 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
