Ultrasonic Humidifier which have many excellent feature

Ultrasonic humidifiers convert water into fine mist to spray into the air. They provide much finer mist than nozzle-spray type or centrifugal-type humidifiers do. Taking advantage of this feature, it becomes possible to spray freely in any targeted area with use of a duct hose. Ultrasonic humidifiers have another important feature of being able to spray the same amount of water at as small as 1/13 of power consumption required by resistive steam humidifiers. Further, when the mist evaporates, it deprives the latent heat of evaporation of the air, which lowers the room temperature. There are many ways to take advantage of this feature. It is seen in many industrial applications, for instance, a manufacturing plant generating so much heat from its operation that it would otherwise require air cooling all the year round, a refrigerated storage for fruits and vegetables, air-conditioned mushroom culture rooms. And, these come equipped with a UV lamp germicidal device.

Mounting of Germicidal Ultraviolet Lamps

An immersion-type UV lamp is mounted inside the water tank of a humidifier.
The germicidal ray radiated by this UV lamp kills various kinds of bacteria and viruses by effecting directly DNAs and RNAs that control their genes. Since no chemical substance is used in sterilization, preventing chemicals or by products from being left in the water, and the mist has no effect on human body. To ensure the lamp’s germicidal effectiveness, the humidifier is designed to stop operating automatically and sends out a signal externally in the event the UV lamp burns out or the germicidal ray radiation becomes as low as 70% of the rated level. The humidifier unit is also fitted with a drainage valve which automatically drains the water tank empty whenever the power supply is shut off.
These features ensure keeping the humidifier unit clean at all the time. The UV lamp can be replaced easily.
